You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
Ship the item back to us. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds Late or Missing
